Utilise the 3D CAD data created by Haughton Design Limited to improve overall efficiency and cut costs during manufacture. Haughton Design Limited can supply 3D CAD models in various formats for import into CNC programming software. This is not just limited to conventional CNC machines such as millers or lathes but also laser cutters and CNC punchers etc. We can take sheet metal models then fold them flat to create accurate blank geometry for data transfer straight into CNC punch or press systems for manufacture.

Sometimes the manufacturing process does not include CNC machines or CAM but this does not detract from 3D solid modelling. The ability for us to check that CAD generated components fit on the computer means less checking of detail drawings and much fewer problems with clashes etc at the assembly stage.

If the items we have designed fit together on the screen then we can be sure the manufactured parts will assemble correctly on the shop floor. Reducing rework and assembly problems means cost and time savings for our clients.

The print quality of eDrawings means parts are shaded with superb clarity and can be reproduced on much smaller paper sheets than mono prints. Operatives find our drawing prints very easy to understand so can work faster and with more confidence by removing any doubt about the work they are doing. To make life even easier the drawing can be simply animated on a PC to remove any doubt about the drawing or design whatsoever.
