FEA and Stress Analysis

As part of our design service, Haughton Design Limited can offer FEA or stress analysis as part of our 3D designs.

We can offer an FEA service using CosmosWorks Express through SolidWorks or a more detailed stress analysis service in conjunction with Staffordshire University or our other associate FEA teams.

We have a number of custom-built spreadsheets for more basic stress calculations that allow our design and stress engineers to speed up the whole design process.

We can submit these stress calculation sheets at approval stage to substantiate the designs created and to give our clients confidence that the design created will perform to their precise requirements.

3D CAD modelling for FEA consultants

Are you an FEA consultant looking to produce 3D CAD models cost effectively and quickly?

We can produce 3D models from 2D drawings whilst you concentrate on the actual FEA or calculations required by your client.
