To further enhance our CAD services we offer SolidWorks Pro 2008 3D CAD software, together with its add-on packages PhotoWorks , Animator and 3D Instant Website . The SolidWorks Pro CAD package is a superb design tool and this CAD service is favoured by many of our clients.

Early Warning

SolidWorks Pro 2008 has in built dynamic clash detection to check fit/function and to highlight potential problems very early during product development.

SolidWorks Stress Analysis/FEA

By offering SolidWorks 2008 in our list of CAD software, it has also allowed us to perform FEA on our designs via its integrated package, CosmosWorks Express. Our SolidWorks designers currently conduct limited FEA themselves but more sophisticated requirements are undertaken in collaboration with Staffordshire University .

SolidWorks Electronic eDrawings

SolidWorks also produces excellent electronic engineering drawings that can be viewed in colour and animated by anyone with PC access in the project team.

SolidWorks - PhotoWorks Rendering

The bolt-on PhotoWorks and Animator components of SolidWorks Pro 2008 3D CAD software allows us to produce photorealistic images or animations of complex designs, giving our clients the opportunity to electronically generate new 'Virtual' products for sales and marketing purposes etc before any form of manufacturing is undertaken.

Flexibility

We have achieved excellent results importing our CATIA v5 data into SolidWorks to give us even more flexibility during the design process. Our team of SolidWorks designers are now able to collaborate extremely effectively with our clients using both of our CATIA v5 and SolidWorks packages.
