Densification Machine 1

This unit was mechanically redesigned using SolidWorks by Haughton
Design to reduce manufacturing costs and to include additional
developments. Stress analysis was conducted on a number of
components to reduce material and weight. We supplied a full digital
mock up of the unit and produced fully detailed manufacturing drawings.
Design variants of this unit will be released in the near future.

Densification Machine 2

Various aspects of this machine have been redesigned by Haughton
Design to reduce manufacturing costs and to include additional
development. We supplied a full SolidWorks digital mock up of the unit
and produced manufacturing drawings. The digital models created have
proved invaluable in communicating the machines design/function to
both manufacturers and our client.

Weight: 1.5 Tonnes.
Volumetric reduction of waste: 95%.

Dryer

This unit was mechanically designed by Haughton Design to a brief specification. Currently this is purely a development machine so we supplied a full SolidWorks digital mock up and animations to convey each element’s function within the unit.
We have produced a full set of manufacturing drawings and this unit is now awaiting prototype manufacture.
